Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our products are non-refundable
Due to our products being beauty and skin care products, we are unable to offer refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.

Store Credit 
If there is an issue with your product, and you are not satisfied, we can offer store credit for the price of the item so that you have the opportunity to try something else that you may like better.
