SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 1-4 business days after your order has been processed. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time (1-5 days) plus shipping time (1-4 business days).

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout for orders under $100

Shipping Locations We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

In-Store Pickup We offer a convenient in-store pickup option at Dandelion Bouquet:

  • To request in-store pickup, please fill out our contact form with the products you'd like to order (do not add items to your cart or complete checkout online)
  • You will receive a confirmation message from us once your order is ready
  • Orders will be available for pickup at Dandelion Bouquet within 1-3 business days
  • Complete your purchase at the store when you pick up your order
  • This option bypasses all shipping costs

Package Insurance All shipping labels are insured up to $100 for your protection.

Missing or Lost Packages If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and around your delivery location. According to USPS and UPS policies:

  • USPS: If a package is missing, you should first check with your local Post Office. USPS considers a package lost if it has not been delivered or received 7 days after the expected delivery date. You can file a missing mail search request at usps.com or contact your local Post Office.
  • UPS: UPS requires waiting 24 hours after the expected delivery date before filing a claim. You can initiate a trace by contacting UPS customer service or visiting ups.com.

Please contact us immediately if your package is missing so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. Since all our shipments are insured up to $100, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
